On the occasion of Indra Jatra, Lachhi Learning Center is excited to announce an Open Art Competition on the theme, ‘Indra Jatra.’
We invite students from Class 1 to Class 10 to share their artistic vision of how they envisage Indra Jatra and what this important cultural celebration means to them.
This is your opportunity to present your unique artwork to a wide audience and win exciting prizes! Unleash your imagination and submit your best work today!
Deadline 17th Sep, 2024 (Extended)
Entries will be judged in two groups:
- Group A – Students from Class 1 to Class 4
- Group B – Students from Class 5 to Class 7
- Group C – Students from Class 8 to Class 10
Competition Criteria
Eligibility:
- The competition is open to students from Class 1 to Class 10.
- Each participant may submit only one artwork.
Theme:
- The artwork must be original and created by the student based on the provided theme: Indra Jatra.
Artwork Specifications:
- The size of the artwork must be either A4 or A3.
- Participants can use any coloring medium (e.g., watercolor, crayons, oil color, pencil color, poster color, acrylic color, etc.).
- The artwork can be in landscape or portrait orientation.
- No watermarks or identifying marks should be added to the artwork.
Content:
- The artwork must be appropriate and suitable for public display, both online and at public venues.
- No political or sexual content will be accepted.
Submission Process:
- Each participant must fill out the provided online registration form.
- The artwork must be uploaded to the "Let’s Color" website with complete participant details.
Participation Rules:
- The artwork must be done entirely by the student. No assistance from friends, family, or teachers is allowed. If any proof of outside assistance is found, the participant will be disqualified.
Judging Criteria
All artwork will be judged by a panel of experts based on the following criteria:
- Creativity
- Originality
- Use of color
- Effort
- Incorporation of the theme
- Composition
Additional Information
- By entering the competition, participants grant the organizer the rights to use their artwork for social media posts and promotional materials.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend the competition rules at any time.
- In the event of any dispute or conflict during the competition, the organizer’s decision will be final.
